Our Mission
Our mission is to share the salvation of Jesus Christ with lost people and disciple their relationship with Christ through ministry, fellowship, evangelism, and worship.
We, as every church, are called to follow the Great Commission (Matthew 28:16-20) and go out into our community, our state, and to the great beyond for Christ. It's not something to take lightly and not something we think is doable by just our church. However, we take it as our mission to be like Christ and spread His name.

Our Vision
Our vision for God's Church is to be a Christ-centered body of believers offering “a place to belong” within the body of Christ and “a place to become” equipped to share God's love with a changing community.
What does this mean for our church? It means that we are always looking to Christ in every thing that we do. We don't want to water down our message to just grow in number, but we do want to make everyone feel welcomed in the body of Christ. Fellowship as a church is one of the greatest things that God gave us as believers, and we shouldn't take that lightly.
We want to be a place for people around the Athens, Georgia area (and beyond) to feel as though they have a place to belong and become disciples of Christ.
